We've moved. Next Gen Contracting is now operating out of a new office in Medford, at 5500 Hillcrest Rd. The shop is bigger, the staging area is closer to the freeway, and we're now physically in the middle of the area we already serve every day.
Here's why it matters, and what changes.
A Real Home Base in the Valley
Up until now, we worked out of a setup in Prospect that made the commute to most of our jobs longer than it needed to be. Most of the work we run, siding, kitchen and bath remodels, additions, painting, happens in Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, and the cities between them. Being based in Prospect added drive time to almost every estimate, every material run, and every crew start.
The Medford location puts us in the middle of the work. The shop, the trailers, and the crews are now closer to the customer.
Faster Response Times
Online booking has always been the fastest way to get on our calendar, and that hasn't changed. What changes is the time between you booking and us being at your door. Most weeks we can get to a Medford or Central Point property in 2 to 5 business days. Grants Pass, Ashland, and the surrounding cities run 3 to 7. Both windows just got shorter with the new location.
Same Standards, Same Crews
The move doesn't change the work. Same online booking. Same line-by-line scope. Same crews on every job. Same clean-up at the end of every day. Same CCB #233797 in the corner of every estimate.
